No gluten here, nope.
For those of you who might be on a gluten free diet or you want true organic bread with real ingredients... try Rudi's Organic Bakery bread if your store has it. The sour dough bread is my favorite right now. So good.
You can read the ingredients for yourself on their website and they have a map of places to buy their bread from. Our Commissary sells it and I am so glad. Check them out!
