Stepping out...

I am stepping out of my comfort zone this weekend. I have always wanted to be a very social person... hosting dinner parties, BBQs and birthday parties for the kids, etc. But, when it comes to actually doing it, I don't. I'm not sure what stops me really. Maybe because I haven't done it, I don't do it. Does that make sense? I have co-hosted birthday parties with family members and that is about the extent of my experience with throwing parties. Well, this weekend I am flying solo! We are hosting a BBQ for my husband's co-workers and my folks that will be in town for the 4th of July. I am very excited about it, but a little nervous. So wish me luck!
