Our house has been on the market for over a year now. We hope, and pray, that it will sell. With the market the way it is we may not find a buyer anytime soon. We hope that summer will bring with it, folks looking to buy a new house. So, for now, we will wait for the right person to come along and love our house.
I really hope you guys get your house sold too!!! I can only imagine how it's been, not livign there, and still paying the payments. Ugh.. that is a situation we may be in, this time next year, I really hope not tho... I want the TN job, but I hope it sells fast... Goodluck!!! We never hear of anyone wanting to buy, or we'd send them that way. :)
